📸 Commercial photography: not allowed
🚭 Smoking: not allowed
🕯️ No real candles (fire hazard)

🔇 Keep noise down after 23:00

🍖 Clean the BBQ after use

🗑️ Take out trash at least every other day

💧 Please note: hot water is limited (boiler system)
❄️ When you are not at home, having the doors open or checking-out..
please turn off the AC or heating.

In case abovementioned rules are violated, all costs of professional cleaning and/or other damage compensation will be an additional charge on your booking.
